Tobago Cays · Saint Vincent and the Grenadines
The short version, from the cited sources
The Tobago Cays are a group of five small, uninhabited islets inside a protected marine park, enclosed by Horseshoe Reef to form one of the calmest, clearest anchorages in the Grenadines. There is no town on the cays themselves; access is entirely by boat from Union Island or Mayreau.
