Data sources

Global geographic coverage combines GeoNames beach features under CC BY 4.0 with named OpenStreetMap natural=beach entities under ODbL 1.0. Every imported record retains its canonical source URL, retrieval date and confidence. Deep profiles additionally prioritize park authorities and other primary references. The static world plot and the destination locator frames are rendered from those same coordinates over public-domain Natural Earth land polygons; the daylight-by-month charts are computed from latitude alone and are not weather data. Photo rights are handled separately and never inferred from search results.
